Structuring of solution processed and thermally evaporated As33S67 thin films by soft stamp hot embossing method

چکیده

• Spin-coated and thermally evaporated As 33 S 67 chalcogenide thin films were studied. Submicron diffraction gratings prepared by soft PDMS stamp hot embossing. Deposition technique thermal treatment influence on structure depth was Formation of structures below temperature glass transition observed. Hypothesis different mass transport mechanism in spin-coated film presented. Chalcogenide vitreous evaporation spin-coating method from n -propylamine -hexylamine based solutions structured using embossing with polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) stamps. The deposition conditions as well history the samples Obtained results gave evidence that solution processed can be at significantly lower temperatures comparison films, even T g glass. Theory explaining observed phenomena structural differences proposed. Notable decrease required will widen range compositions pool usable substrates (such stability).
